Logging into your user session and encryption key
To ensure enhanced security for your audit data, Auditool combines password authentication and encryption of your audit data. For security reasons, these two features are completely independent and separate. Therefore, you must authenticate and then decrypt the audit data each time you use it to access it.
Login to user session
Each user has their own session which they access using an email address and password pair.
First connection
The user account password is set by the user when they first log in to Auditool. To do this, go to the Auditool authentication page.

For SaaS users, this page is accessible here https://app.auditool.fr/ .
For on-premises or dedicated environment users, go to the Auditool URL defined by your company. Use the forgotten password procedure to reset your password.
Lost password
The "forgotten password" interface allows you to reset your password using a link sent by email. Note that the password can be reset at any time in a few minutes with an internet connection using this same procedure.
Encrypting your audit data
For data security reasons, June Factory does not store any clear audit data on its servers.
First connection
The first time you log into the tool, you must set your encryption key. This key is used to encrypt audit data and thus protect its contents. We recommend setting a key of at least 12 random characters.
Losing your encryption key
Be sure to back up this key because without it, you will no longer be able to access your data. It is impossible to recover it, and June Factory cannot restore your data.
